  • Roderick (Ike) Birdis

    Senior Pastor

    Pastor Roderick has operated in the role of leadership for 20+ years. Roderick is a Holy Spirit-driven leader who loves to motivate others in grace and truth. He has served in various ministry capacities for 15+ years. He enjoys time with his family and sports.

  • Marcita Birdis

    Senior Pastor

    Pastor Marcita is a Holy Ghost-filled anointed woman of God who desires to see people delivered and to walk in freedom. She is a mighty intercessor and flows in the prophetic. Marcita is an alumni of Evangel University who has obtained a degree in Behavior Health Science. She has also been equipped with Biblical Leadership training. She enjoys her quality time with her family and trips to the beach.

  • Jayden Birdis

    Youth Pastor

    Our Youth Pastor Jayden Birdis is a Holy Spirit-driven young man of God on fire for his generation called to be a world-changer and voice to the nations. He flows in the prophetic gift and desires to see the youth on fire for Jesus Christ. He teaches them the word of God that is easily understood and applied to their day-to-day lives by teaching the activation of the Holy Spirit in their life.

  • Ernest (E) Carrol

    Minister

    Minister Ernest (E) is a spirit lead man of God. Who is gifted with a unique and simplistic teaching style to equip the body of Christ with wisdom that is relevant and relatable. He has been mandated by God to reach young men who find themselves in a hopeless situation to bring them the good news of hope and salvation of Jesus Christ.. He is a entrepreneur and has the heart to mentor others in the area of kingdom business. Minister E is a foodie, who loves hanging out with his wife and daughter trying new recipes and restaurants.

Our Core Values.

  • We believe in God (The Father), Jesus (The Son), and Holy Spirit. We believe that each operates in a distinct function as the one and true living God according to the Bible.

  • We believe in the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8 (TPT) “For by grace you have been saved by faith. Nothing you did could ever earn this salvation, for it was the love gift from God that brought us to Christ!” We believe that there are no great works that we can do to obtain salvation from God and that we can only receive it through faith by grace. Salvation is a gift from God that redeems mankind from their eternal sin and brings reconciliation between Him and His creation.

  • We believe that the Holy Bible is the written Word of God. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states “All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” We believe that the Bible is God’s instruction manual for our lives and final authority as followers of Christ.

  • Here at We Are Chosen Ministries we believe in partaking in Holy Communion as instructed by Jesus at the last supper according to 1 Corinthians 11:23-30. We believe that as we partake in Holy Communion, we reflect on the sacrifice Jesus did for us on the cross.

  • Jesus instructs us to make disciples in every nation and place that He calls us to this is a part of the Great Commission according to Matthew 28:19. We believe that we aren’t called to just make believers of Jesus but disciples of Him.

  • We believe in the spiritual gifts of God which have been given unto us freely. Being empowered by the Holy Spirit we operate in these gifts according to 1 Corinthians 12:1-11.
